7 Days Returns & Exchanges Policy. Should we made mistake by sending faulty item, please return the item within 7 days of receipt. Hamshi Style will replace the item or pay full refund of the item purchase price should replacement item is not available. Original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We Believe In Personal Information Privacy. Hamshi Style is committed to treat your personal information as confidential and will do our very level best to protect the information. Crucial personal information such as name, address, contact details and bank account number (in case of return and exchange cases) are required for us to process your purchases.

Limited Technology Availability. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. Nevertheless, due to limited technology available in the world, the color may look a bit different in the picture compared to actual color.

Scheduled Shipping/Postage Time. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are shipping day at Hamshi Style. You may order your preferred item(s) on any day. We will ship your order on abovementioned days. Last order on shipping day should be made before 12 PM for us to ship it on the same day. Else, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day.

Hamshi Style is using Pos Laju as our courier service provider. Delivery period will be based on their website at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/services/fast_mail/ovw/about.aspx
